So I weighed myself this morning and got a pleasant surprise.
I am now 10kg lighter than on 1 Janurary.
My diet + exercise regime is doing its job.
[I had decided in December that I needed a “regime change” ;-)]
I feel better and look better.
[Well, I won’t be on the cover of GQ anytime soon, but at least I no longer scare little children if put on the cover of the JDJ]
I will go to the gym again tomorrow as my foot, although sore and a little bruised, is no longer seeping pus.
And at this rate I will weigh nothing at all in only about 4 years!
