A political post for B3ta

I have been posting some of my ideas onto b3ta and I found this public domain image from a 19th Century edition of Punch magazine.

A small amount of doctoring later [added red and some text] and it is a commentary on the present IP wars in the US.

[The original piece in Punch was in support of the newly minted US Copyright Bill that would prevent US publishing companies ‘appropriating’ works of literature and music from the ‘old world’ and not passing on the royalties to the authors.
I am sure those original authors, 110 years ago, would be horrified to see how far that law is now being persued.]
